Just when you thought it was time to pack a way your summer clothes and dust off some knitwear. Summer has decided to do an encore, perfectly timed for the bank holiday weekend. Bravo summer, bravo.

This dress was almost getting reluctantly parcelled back to Urban Outfitters last week but the sun saved it from such a tragic fate. I’ve been loving this style all summer, so it was a no brainer when it came to buying this dress. In this wonderful green colour I love but don’t have nearly enough of, plus in the popular wrap style I’ve been wearing a lot, with a kind of Realisation Par feel I thought. Winner.

I actually really like how they’ve style it on the website. I haven’t attempted it myself yet but think it’s a great summer-to-autumn outfit idea – T-Shirt under and leather jacket over. What do you think?

In other news I’ve been trying to attempt more instagram stories lately. Yeh, where have a I been the past year?! … I’ll tell you, being an awkward Annie, attempting to do them but never feeling confident enough to post. I read an interesting article last week, ‘Document, Don’t Create’ (again waaaaayyy late to the party) but it resonated with how I’ve been feeling lately. “Starting is the most important part and the biggest hurdle that most people are facing.” …. so that’s what I’m trying to do. You can find me @loveclothblog Love to hear you thoughts.

Hope you’re all having a great bank holiday Monday – I’m off to see some sunshine x
