THE BEST STRAIGHT LEG JEANS.

I live in jeans pretty much 90% of the time. More specifically straight leg jeans, and even getting in to wide leg jeans too. Recently I've been getting a few questions on these styles in particular. I might keep adding to this post with lots more favourites, but for now, I thought best to kick off with these guys.

MY FAVOURITE STRAIGHT LEG JEANS

LEVIS 501 90s

DETAILS

Colour: Drew Me In - Blue
100% cotton
Size: 25 Waist / 30 leg. These come in 2 leg lengths and i'm about 5'6

Probably my most worn jeans, my Levis 501 90’s are a baggier take on the classic 501 style. This the perfect length for me and a wash of denim that goes with anything. I would recommend sizing down in these as they do loosen.

RE/DONE STOVE PIPE JEANS

REDONE2-scaled.jpg

DETAILS

Colour code: SAF
Cut 3949
100% cotton - the softest of all pairs.
Size 26 (sometimes there can be a cropped version of this style but these seem to only some in one length)

A pair is still go back to time and time again, The ReDone Stove pipe. They have lightened over the jeans but still held their shape well. I could've gone down a size in these but after washing they usually tighten back up.

CITIZENS OF HUMANITY AYLA JEANS

DETAILS

Colour: Skylights (light wash)
100% cotton - Non-stretch organic
Size: 25- I went down a size in these. i'm about 5'6

One of my newer pairs of jeans, Ayla Baggy Cuffed Crop from citizens of humanity. Don’t be fooled by the same, these can be worn cuffed or like here I usually wear them down too. I’m about 5’6 and these are really long but i’m currently enjoying it.

LEVIS BAGGY DAD JEANS

DETAILS

Colour: Boot Barn
12% recycled cotton, 88% cotton
Size: 25w x 32l

My Levis baggy Dad jeans are perfect to dress up or down - the black wash I love to wear with a dressier top and heels or boots to add a little contrast to a more feminine outfit. More of a mid rise which suits my shorter torso. I went for length 32’ to wear with a heel but they come in 4 lengths which is great.
