The white shirt is a classic for any wardrobe but to be honest I never really wear one. I find them quite stiff and a bit formal. That being said on a recent trip to Zara I was sold with their new embroidery collection and may have picked up one or two of the above-mentioned smart shirts but all with a fun twist. The shirts are in the classic white or pinstripe but relaxed in a boyfriend, oversized fit with some kind of print on top. Perfect for denim days but could also be dressed up for the office.
I never really wear my glasses unless at the computer or TV but I always get compliments when I do. So I thought I would share these beauties from Bailey and Nelson, they make frames and prescriptions all in for £98.00. I actually spotted these as sunglasses in their Shoreditch store but the girl kindly popped out the tinted glass and I was sold.
Molly Bakes – Freak Shakes
There are so many weird and wonderful places to see and do in London, the minute I saw Molly Bakes’ Freak shakes I knew we had to pay a visit to Dalston.
Molly Bakes is small London based bakery offering Cupcakes, regular cakes and of course the instagram phenomenon – Freak Shakes. We went for strawberry and yes that is a cookie wedged around a scoop of ice cream. Topped off with marshmallows. Half desert, half drink. Marvellous.
