FAVOURITE PUFFER COATS

Coats that are so warm they feel like duvets. Puffer coats have most definitely been my item of choice the past few months and as temperatures get colder, they’re getting longer in the length and more puffy. Ha.

Don’t know about you, but I’m trying to go for lots of nice long walks these days, so I’m all about being super cosy, cocooned in as much padding as possible.

Frankie Shop Padded Coat

Size: (XS/S)
5’6 for reference

Still going strong, I love that this is in the lighter colour to brighten up dull days…. some times this goes in sale so keep and eye out. I wouldn’t say it’s the warmest of all my padded coats given the sleeves and wide shape but perfect for layering.

Lu Mei - The Kensington Coat

Size: Small
5’6 for reference and it hits just at the knee.

I’ve had this coat 3 years now and still love it. It’s quite an unusual style with lots of detail. Super warm and saved me during a freezing trip to Copenhagen.

I’d say it’s 3rd place of warmth just because of the wider sleeves are shorter than the coats above and it’s more of an a-line shape.

Arket Long Quilted Jacket

Size: 34

A more lightweight option but surprisingly still warm. This coat usually comes out more so during autmn. It might be sold out at the moment but keep your eyes pealed it’s one that usually makes a comeback from Arket.

Free People - Pippa Packable Puffer Jacket

Size: small

This little beauty packs a punch. The smallest of all the puffers it folds down small enough into its own pocket. Love it for morning runs or again as an extra layer under wool coats.

Made with PrimaLoft® insulation, lightweight warmth without bulk and water-resistant.

ARKET DOWN LONG PUFFER COAT

Size: Extra small

Although I went for XS I probably could of went small for extra layering but it’s such a toasty coat. I can’t see it currently online in this colour but black is always a classic.
