WHERE TO STAY IN BRIGHTON: THE ARTIST RESIDENCE
How are you feeling about travel now? As hotels start to reopen we’ve been thinking about getting a staycation in before 2020 ends.
If a UK trip is something you’re thinking about. I would highly recommend a visit to the Artist Residence in Brighton (or any to be honest, Cornwall, Oxford and London). A 23-bedroom townhouse hotel with some serious style and a recent refurb.
A few weeks ago I packed up my new Antler suitcase [pr product] and ventured south. The hotel felt very safe, with lots of hand sanitiser available at every corner.
Located in Regency Square our room had sea-views over the iconic West Pier. I absolutely adored our room, it was so lovely to spend time with a sea view, relaxing and generally having a much needed chill out away from London.
Pancakes & cocktails
The restaurant is also a winner, we dinned for dinner and some cocktails in the evening and I enjoyed a huge stack of pancakes for breakfast in the morning… I have had pancakes now, at THREE of the Artist Residence and I can confirm… they do the best ones.
A caramel wafer always! I love this little detail they put in your room. Alongside a Smeg fridge for water and milk. Plus all the other amenities you might need. Bramley toiletries & a robe, ready for a bath later.
It has been such a luxury to stay somewhere else, but as always listening to the government rules and keeping safe. How do you feel about it?
Our stay was complimentary but I have paid to stay here and other Artist Residence Hotels in the past.
