THE CARDIGAN COMEBACK

Slouchy or fitted, colourful or embellished. The humble cardigan is back in fashion and perfect for transitioning from into autumn. I’m not sure I’ve worn many cardigans in my day, so this something new for Love Cloth. It seems Cardigan trend is in full force this season and of course & Other Stories was my first point of call. I saw this card months back and waited patiently for the 'coming soon' to become reality. I love the puffy sleeves on this and it’s slightly slouchy appeal. For now, i'm sticking to short and slouchy but also have my eye on this one form Ganni, dreaming of this from Alexa Chung or this buttoned-up from ASOS. Worn with a T-shirt and new Whistles jeans. The lovely Alice Catherine made mw aware of these Whistles jeans and as one brand of jeans, I hadn't tried yet I definitely had to give them a go. On the subject of the jeans. I highly recommend going a size smaller in this style. I had been hunting high and low for my usual size and on a whim tried the size down and they fit fine. So worth giving it a go if you’re interested.
