WEDDING GUEST DRESSING.
Wedding season is upon us. Which usually strikes fear in me. For someone who’s comfort zone is jeans and a t-shirt, weddings guest dressing is not really my forte. You receive all the notice in the world when invited to a wedding but for some reason, I was last minute when organising myself for an outfit. Of course now i've been online, post wedding, i've acquired a bit of a wishlist below. Perfect of any last minute occasion dressing.
FASCINATORS NOT INVITED
Perhaps weddings are more relaxed now than they would’ve been a few years back or maybe I just attend less formal weddings but I feel this season there are some great options out there. The world is your oyster whether it’s a dress, jumpsuit or trouser suit. Loving this look Megan did. This year, however, I went for a dress. One I can hopefully wear more casually over summer, dressing it down with a leather biker. I love this wrap style which has been super popular from the likes of Reformation and Realisation Par.
I picked this Ganni dress up on a last-minute dash to Liberty and unfortunately can’t find it online but Ganni is the perfect go-to for this style of dress. I teamed it with items I already had in my wardrobe, my Cult Gaia bag, Reiss jacket and Castaner espadrilles. And finally, the sun made an appearance to test out my new Ray-Ban 4246 Clubround Sunglasses. I am a big fan of the classic Clubmaster, (it's definitely my Ray-ban of choice) so I couldn't resist this updated round version for my new summer shades.
WEDDING GUEST DRESSING
I love to find items that I can rework for dinner or parties and brands like Rixo, Maje and Reformation do this perfectly for me. Plus check out more of my favourites here
