THE BEST SUMMER DRESSES
Summer is finally here and as my jeans get put away in favour of summer dresses, I thought I would share the new additions to my collection. These photos were taken last weekend when we headed to Mallorca to do some wedding venue hunting (ek) 4 days, 4 dresses. Of course, there are plenty more dresses on my wish list so i've created a bit of an edit of all my faves at the end of the post.
FAITHFUL THE BRAND
Faithful the Brand came on my radar last year when I spotted it on one of my favourite bloggers. Even better, ASOS began to stock it. I really loved the colour and the style. Perfect for holidays with espadrilles and sandals but equally for festivals with trainers. Slightly more expensive than I would tend to spend but I've really got my cost per wear packing it on a recent trip to Cyprus earlier this year too.

ZARA
So good this season, it’s on here twice. For a while I stopped shopping in Zara. I always thought the quality just didn’t last that long...so let's wait and see if these dresses will be knocking around next year.
A few weeks ago I found myself browsing online and stumbling across so many beautiful linen dresses and tops I couldn’t resist. This blue floral maxi is perfect for a holiday but also suitable for me to wear at work. I think it could also be lovely for a summer wedding dressed up with heels and accessories.
The shorter neutral dress I loved for it's simplicity. I really love linen fabrics in whites and pale tones, it really makes me think of holidays. Nice and light for warm days.
TOPSHOP
Always a summer favourite, Topshop is a great high street brand for more affordable dresses. At the end of the day we have such short spurts of good weather I always toy with spending too much on summer clothes. With its ruffle neckline and dainty floral print, when I spotted this midi it really reminded me of Rouje and Realisation par. Two other great brands for dresses, however definitely leaning more on the expensive side of the spectrum.
